Like you, I suffered with debilitating SCIATIC PAIN 30 years ago!

After finding a solution to get rid of this sciatic pain myself, I made it my mission to help others who have tried, without success, to be pain free too. I have helped my family, friends and clients achieve pain relief for years and I can help YOU!

I am 54 years old, married and have been blessed with three sons who were athletes growing up and are now young adults. My pain started 30 years ago when I was only 24. I had arthroscopic knee surgery in 1993 and 2 days after surgery, I had SEVERE pain in my buttock (piriformis area). I was given percocet for my knee which hurt minimally post surgery. I took it for my sciatic pain….it did NOTHING to relieve it!! I called my knee surgeon to complain of the severe pain I was having….he said not to worry about it, it would get better. 2 days later, I’m crying with non stop pain. Thankully, I was working as an aide in a Spine Center. I begged one of the therapist to help me, I could barely move. He spent less than 5 minutes assessing me, told me my pelvis was out of alignment, likely because I had been walking unevenly post surgery. He did a few simple exercises “to me” to align my pelvis, then told me to sit with a cold pack on my butt for 10 minutes. He said that I would be more sore for 24 hours and then the pain should be resolved.

After 10 minutes on the cold pack, I got up and to my SURPISE and RELIEF, my sciatic pain was GONE! Years later, pregnant with my 3rd son, I had a recurrance of sciatica, athough this time the pain was most severe in my right groin and hip. I remembered what the therapist had done to re-align my pelvis and was able to modify the exercises so that I could do them myself. Again, I had relief from the pain by doing the exercises. I’ve modified them for my husband, boys and friends and helped them get sciatic relief too. Click to hear more about my story and why these simple exercises help relieve sciatic pain. I have found that it is effective more quickly if the pain is fairly new to the person. The longer sciatic pain goes unresolved, the more secondary sites begin to also hurt. The excercises will still work, but require consistency in performing over a longer period of time, weeks instead of days is more of the norm
