I have found while helping myself and others that these exercises are effective in just a few days if the pain is fairly new for the person. The longer sciatic pain goes unresolved, the more secondary sites also begin to hurt. The excercises will still help to alleviate pain, but require consistency in performing over a longer period of time, weeks instead of days is more of the norm.

Stop exercises if pain increases and consult your doctor.

Ongoing Pain Coaching also Available.

April is fanststic. The back exercises she taught me might be the most impactful things I’ve ever learned. I don’t feel like my back is a ticking time-bomb anymore.

I took a job that required me to travel by car several hours each week. After a couple months, I could barely walk after sitting in my car and a desk all day. I was having significant pain and swelling in my right lower back. Doctors prescribed muscle relaxers and steroids which I did not take. With a couple sessions with April and ordering suggested support for my car, I saw significant improvement in a couple weeks. April taught me a few daily exercises that I do each day and I am back to being able to function and do some of the things I had to put on hold! No medicine, yippee!

This is Rose S., I forgot to mention that I’m 81 years old and this worked great for me too at my age. I can also drive my car again and tolerate sitting in it. I get out of my car and walk in the store without any problems now. I had stopped leaving my house because the pain was so bad in my back and buttocks, but thankfully now it’s gone!

I started with lower back pain that was so bad I could barely walk and couldn’t lay on my back at all. After 3 coaching sessions with April and doing the four exercises that she modified for me to do in sitting for 2 weeks, I can now walk without pain and I can lay on my back again!

April has been fabulous helping with my back pain. I’ve been doing the 4 stretches, in the correct order, for a month or so now and my back is so much better! She’s taught me a few other stretches as well that are helping to build my core strength. I highly recommend April.

Frequently Asked Questions About Coaching

People who are looking for a solution to manage or eliminate either acute or chronic pain. The pain  ranges from mild, moderate to severe and can interfere even the smallest daily tasks. It inculdes people with new pain who are looking for a solution on line before seeking help from the medical establishment as well as people who have gone this route and have not found a solution for their pain which has become chronic and debilitating.

Therapy is usually provided by a liscenced professional. A pain coach is typically a person who has experienced pain and debility and has found a solution to allievate it and is driven to help others find the same relief and pain coaching is the avenue that allows this to happen.

This varies, but usually begins by having pain personally. In my case, pain medication did not help me. After an early experience (at 24 years old) of performing exercises with assist, I had full relief from pain. Several years later during an exacerbation of sciatica, I was able to recreate those exercises myself and again alleviate my pain. I used the simple system that I developed to help friends and family find similar relief and realized that I could reach more people who have not yet found a solution for sciatic pain by  becoming a pain coach on line and improve the quality of life of so many more people!
